 I think it\'s a really nice product even if you have to write topics with other products.I like it !!
Good project....! Keep a good work.
 The tool is great and CHM file looks good. I tried to export to WebHelp. In index.html file, when I click on a TOC item, the corresponding help page is opening on the TOC tab rather than the Right tab.

I was looking for a more interactive software so people in the field could enter their activities directly into the system instead of sending emails to the admin.If this was available in the web help desk software and I missed it, please let me know.I also could not see or enter info into the response area after the ticket had been created.
